Rohan Singh is the Founder & CEO of VolantisEdge Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a Jharkhand-born Solar EPC company dedicated to accelerating rooftop and C&I solar adoption under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
With 7+ years of diverse experience across Engineering, Talent Acquisition, and Renewable Energy Business Development, Rohan brings a rare combination of technical understanding, people expertise, and strategic execution.
His career journey spans:
- Engineering & EPC exposure — early on-ground experience in infrastructure & project coordination
- Talent Acquisition for Clean-Tech & Engineering — hiring top engineers across India, Singapore & Malaysia for renewable, semiconductor, and embedded systems companies
- Head of Sales & Business Development — driving partnerships, client management, and renewable energy-focused solutions across APAC
